Since 1977, ASBO GUARNIZIONI has been present on international markets as a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality flat gaskets for engines and transmissions.

In 2008, as APEX S.r.l., we acquired the ASBO GUARNIZIONI brand and manufacturing facility, with the aim of expanding our products into new markets while consolidating our presence in existing ones.

Since 2025, we have expanded our product range by adding oil, air, fuel, air dryer, breather and cabin filters to our catalogue.

Our company policy is based on continuous investment, bothin equipment which is constantly upgraded with the daily addition of new items, nand in our human resources and their ongoing professional development.
